The assessments measure the values, motivational drivers and attributes of character and temperament that underpin soft skills. We also measure the social, emotional and cognitive abilities which are increasingly important within the future of work. In collaboration with the Judge Business School at Cambridge University, our platform has been optimised for mobile use and is based on decades of psychological research and practice.
The assessments take approximately 1½ to 2 hours to complete, but don’t worry you can start, take breaks, and then resume the assessments at your leisure and do not need to complete them in one sitting, just close your browser and your scores will be saved and you can resume from where you left (this applies even to the timed cognitive ability measure where the clock will be paused). In return, you will receive a comprehensive 28-page report providing detailed insights into your strengths, values, motivation as well as cognitive and emotional abilities
