Frequently asked questions
Does the Career AI Platform store my information or queries?
No. For privacy reasons, you will need to upload information such as CV's, job titles and descriptions, and psychological reports, each time you perform a query on the platform. No information is retained other than your login and account credentials.
If I complete psychological assessments will you be able to psychoanalyse me or tell others what I'm like, and my darkest secrets?
No. Although we do offer talent and analytics services to companies and businesses, which use psychological assessments such as those offered to Career AI subscribers, the responses you provide remain confidential and will not be viewable by any third party, ever. Your results will be permanently deleted from our system and results anonymously added to our norm group after all reports have been sent to those people who completed the assessments.
Why do I have to be 18 to take the psychological assessments and get my report?
Because we are most interested in helping people and clients with their career insights and strategies, we are focusing on career-age individuals. Additionally, the ability assessments used have been designed at a difficulty level suitable to those of 18 years and above.
Can I complete only some of the assessments and get a report?
No. You must complete all four assessments, to receive your report. We want to offer as comprehensive an assessment experience as possible rather than focusing on only a couple of measures. Additionally, in order to maximise the utility of results for job matching and career options as well as interview and salary negotiation strategies, a multi-facet approach works best.
How accurate are the assessments?
Our cognitive and emotional ability assessments have been designed and based on over 100 years research, to reflect the most empirically strong theories and measurements from cognitive intelligence studies and real-world observation, and similarly robust theories, observation and measures in the newer field of emotion recognition and social perceptiveness. The personality and values assessments also adopt the most well-supported measures of these constructs. All assessments have been created by a registered psychologist with a Doctorate in organisational psychology, and are facilitated through our psychometrics platform which has been designed in collaboration with the Psychometrics Centre at Cambridge University. These assessments reflect over 20 years experience constructing and designing all types of assessment and development solutions for national and international clients to help identify strengths and developmental opportunities.
