CV Builder
Generate a template from scratch to get started on your CV.
Then the most important additions are the responsibilities and achievements sections for each role in the CV.
Enter your most recent job title and hit the Responsibilities button to generate a list of activities, tasks and accountabilities commonly associated with the job title you've entered. You'll also get instructions and usually a link for the job you've selected on O*NET Online - the US Department of Labor website - which can provide additional responsibilities information as well as soft and hard skills and a host of other features. Use this information to enhance and generate ideas for content that can be included in the relevant responsibility section of your CV
Next, hit the Achievements button, and the Career AI will provide a list of quantitative and qualitative achievements statements to inspire you for use in the achievement section of your CV.
Enter the next most recent role from your CV and generate responsibilities and achievements for that role, then continue to rinse and repeat until you have provided a comprehensive list of responsibilities and achievements for every job in your CV.

Finally, you will need to write an executive summary for your CV and then tailor it so that it fits optimally with the selection criteria for any role for which you are applying. Both of these tasks can be accomplished using the CV Optimize function of the Career AI.
CV Optimize
Upload your draft CV and paste a detailed position description in the CV Optimize section. Then select Re-Write CV to tailor your uploaded CV to the position description - An executive summary will also be written by the AI and included in the front section of your CV.

Next you can analyse how well your CV fits with the position description and receive advice on how you can adjust your CV to better fit with the description and associated selection criteria.

Now you can have the AI craft a cover letter by selecting that button to generate a tailored resoponse to the position description you have included, again using information from the CV uploaded.

Job Matching
With the Job Matching function you can generate a list of suitable jobs based on your Career Development Report (purchased separately). This takes into consideration your personality and work styles, values & motivators as well as cognitive and emotional abilities, and suggests jobs that are aligned with these attributes and characteristics.
You can also specify a particular job to see if your psychological profile makes you a good match for the position.

As well as uploading your report you can also add your CV to generate a list of jobs that align with both your work experience and psychological profile. Or again, you can specify a role to see if your temperament, values, abilities and work history are a good fit.

Interview with Career AI
Upload your CV and select CV / Interview Qs to get help in talking a recruiter or interviewer through your CV.

You can then enter a job title or paste a job description to receive potential interview questions and recommendations on how you should answer these questions based on the content of your CV.

You also have the option to upload your Career Development Report to get additional recommendations on interview strategies and how you can best leverage strengths from your report at interview.

Purchase Career AI
Upload your CV to get salary estimates for your last three jobs plus detailed recommendations on how to enhance your CV so you are hitting the upper ranges
Salary Negotiations

You can now provide a job title or job description to receive job-specific salary estimates and you'll also receive advice on what aspects of your CV and experience you can leverage to negotiate towards the higher end of the salary range.

Upload your Career Development Report to reveal negotiating strategies that suit your personal style and values, and which encourage you to apply your psychological strengths to get better salary negotiation outcomes.

The results and outputs from Career AI and the psychological assessments are confidential. All Career AI outputs and inputs are reset with each new query and are not retained on the platform. Psychometric assessment results will be made completely anonymous once participants have received their written feedback report. We need to know which results belong to participants in order to compile the written report, but after this we will add anonymised results to a norm group which will be used in the future when comparing against results from other people who have taken these assessments.
At this point there will be no identifying names or characteristics recorded against participants' results to ensure complete confidentiality and anonymity, and we will never disclose results to any third party. The report is not stored on the People Science platform. Additionally, the Career AI platform does not retain any information from the report or CV's and these documents must be uploaded each time a comparison or recommendation is requested.
