Coaching Model

We adopt a tailored and data-driven approach to our coaching programs. You complete a range of assessments to gain an appreciation of your likely strengths and development opportunities. These assessments, combined with your input, provides additional clarity around desired outcomes and alignment with your objectives.

Our coaching paradigm is based on the Re-GROW model and can focus on: Career Coaching; Emotional Intelligence; Negotiating & Interpersonal Dynamics; Operations & Tactical; Strategy & Critical Thinking; and Leadership and High Potential.

You can select one or multiple sessions to focus on either specific areas (interview preparation, salary etc) or a more lengthy career or executive coaching program. For extended programs you would normally start by completing assessments around character, preferences, values and abilities after your first meeting to explore career, leadership or team styles as well as individual passions and preferences. Early goals are set and re-evaluated and discussed before then formulating agreed SMART goals. Constant Review and Evaluation occur throughout the program to ensure coaching goals are proceeding as negotiated. The length of program can vary but most programs run from between 6 to 12 sessions.

Dr David Stritch has worked with thousands of professional and blue-collar workers over the course of more than twenty years, helping them navigate their way in the world of work and successfully transition from jobs to forge new career paths.
